The house has two TV's, a VCR, DVD, Antenna and lots of movies and board and card games if it rains. Due to the rural location, few channels are available and internet is for general work functions like email, but streaming is a bit unreliable. Most cell phones work but some providers are a bit spotty in their coverage. There is a Ring video doorbell on the front door on the road side of the house.

Pine lake is listed as one of the top 10 in clarity and water quality in the State of WI year after year. It's a spring fed lake of approximately 150 acres and 50 feet deep.
Perfect for all types of lake goers. It is big enough for waterskiing, tubing, and wakeboarding yet the No-wake rules before 10am and after 5 pm make it perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, fishing and the like.
For you fisherman, The lake is stocked annually with Blue Gils, Bass, Pike and Walleye and a fish habitat was just created at the northwest corner.
There is a public boat landing available off of W Pine Lake Rd. so bring your boat or rent one at one of the many marinas near Waupaca.
You will have exclusive access to the entire house, beach, dock and property.
The home is on a quiet private road surrounded by mostly permanent residents. It is about 9 miles from the nearest town so it is perfect for families looking to get away from it all.
